Frequently asked questions
Why can’t I look up used car prices here?
We focus on new car prices to help buyers compare fair deals easily. Used car prices can vary a lot depending on mileage, condition, and options, so it’s hard to provide accurate info for every car.
Is this site free to use?
Yes! Our site is completely free for everyone. We believe car buying should be more transparent, and you won’t be charged for accessing price information or sharing quotes. We only ask you to log in when sharing a dealer quote to help ensure the data stays trustworthy.
What is OTD price?
The OTD price stands for “Out-the-Door price.” It’s the total amount you actually pay to take ownership of a car.
Unlike the sticker price or MSRP, the OTD price includes: vehicle price, taxes, title fees, registration fees, documentation fees (dealer processing fees), and other mandatory charges (e.g. destination fees).
In other words, the OTD price is the “final all-in cost” you pay to drive the vehicle off the lot—no hidden surprises afterward.
